The objective was to build a digital storefront that mirrored the physical warmth of the cafe. We focused on creating a sensory experience where customers could browse menus and explore the bakery’s heritage as easily as walking through the front door, ensuring the “fresh from the oven” identity remained central.

Beyond aesthetics, we prioritized operational efficiency by automating manual, phone-based inquiries. By integrating custom workflows for catering and special requests, we provided a scalable digital system that handles complex orders while maintaining the personal touch the cafe is known for.
